General Objectives
Creating knowledge, the achieving scientific and technological results, globally competitive, to increase international visibility of Romanian research and subsequently transfer the results in socio-economic practice.
Increased competitiveness of Romanian economy through innovation, impact on the economic and knowledge transfer in economic practice, increased social quality, namely technical and scientific solutions supporting social development and improve its human.
Specific Objectives
Achievement in Romania of a emissions reduction technologies and the increase the efficiency in cogeneration plants and turbochargers for compressing natural gas, will enable: increasing the quality on the research and development units and institutions in Romania, to ensure attraction, development and focus resources human and material, human and material resources to support development of integrated networks of specialized bodies and institutions, accredited and / or accreditation process, to provide scientific and technical expertise and equipment necessary for developing a sector / scientific or technological field and comprising: research and development national institutes, centers / departments from universities, laboratories for experiments and testing for calibration and certification bodies, testing laboratories and test development, according to European Union requirements and conformity with technical regulations.

It is preoccupied by: development of advanced energetic solution for internal combustion engines and diesel engines working with classic liquid fuels and gas fuels (classic and non-conventional) to produce electric and thermal energy, with important accent on maintenance and promotion of emission reduction technologies; thermal-economic analysis for thermal systems. |
OVM-ICCPET

Itis based on Energetic Institute of Romanian Academy, created in 1948 to solve the scientific research problems in the field. It became private in 2001, changing the name into OVM-ICCPET, Romanian – German company with major German capital. |
ERG
(partner P3) |
It is specialised in thermo-energetic equipment design (steam, hot water and warm water boilers) on different fuels (gas, liquid, solid), specific equipments design for thermal plants (heat chengers, boilers, pressured containers) and elaboration of complete thermal plants. |
TERMOCAD (partner P4) |
It is ISCIR certified to design and execution for boilers, burners, thermal plants automatization. |
ICEMENERG (partner P5) |
ICEMENERG perform scientific research services and technologic engineering to increase electric and thermal energetic efficiency, having over 10 CEEX projects. The themes for the projects generated involvement in FP7 proposal. |

The activities and responsabilities of each partner
The main project objectives are materialized mainly by:
- researches on methods to reduce noxes and increase the efficiency in cogeneration plants and turbochargers for compressing natural gas;
- numerical model related to processes from afterburning;
- technical project for afterburning;
- execution of afterburning (laboratory model - physical object) and test in laboratory (experimentation report)
- database with potential beneficiaries of integrated technology;
- integrated technology, for efficiency and reduction of pollutants, at the laboratory level;
- dissemination of results.
