Compressors booster station
Experienced in screw compressor field, I.N.C.D.Turbomotoare COMOTI has conceived, designed and realized a compressors booster station based on screw compressors, made under GHH-Rand licence.
The installation supplies ST 18 industrial turbines from C3 Suplacu de Barcau cogeneration unit.
It is conceived in order to ensure a wide range of flows and pressures for an optimal functioning, in several situations, of gas turbines:
- Start/stop of the TG, with variation of the flow rate between 0 - 650 Nm³/h
- Continuous constant regime of gas pressure, without shock between 14 - 20 bara
- Synchronization and operation at maximum capacity of the operating continuous regime
- Switching the Booster installation in a "Stand-by" regime. The Booster is recirculating the gas, ready to deliver it at the precise flow rate and pressure required
- Emergency stops in case of overpassing the permissible values of the working parameters
- Integration/correlation of the Booster installation automatics with the gas turbine automatics
